I was told my veteran moms that if you're going to buy a pumping bra, you need to buy one with a adjustable Velcro because anything else is a joke. Also, I was told this is ESSENTIAL if you are planning on pumping because you are able to free both hands to do anything things. You're still going to be tied to the pump when it's plugged in, but you can do other things with your hands! Or you can just close your eyes and take a break. The bra is made of 83% cotton and 17% spandex so it is breathable and comfortable to wear.

Simple wishes hands free pumping bra met all of my expectations and more. It is incredibly comfortable, though I wouldn't want to wear it when I'm not pumping. It indeed features an adjustable Velcro in the back that allows you to adjust to whatever size you are. The bra also comes with a 1" zip that attaches to the center panel if you have a wider set than other women so that you have the perfect fit for pumping.

Below is where you would stick your pump. You can see the photos that there is a "4-way" opening that really secures the pump to you from both the top/bottom and sides. This is a genius design!!

Caring for the bra is just like caring for any other bra. I would stick it in a delicate bag first! You can machine wash cold, gentle cycle, non-chlorine bleach. Wash with like colors. You also need to wash with the back Velcro panel attached. Hang to dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Wash before wearing.
