Haflinger Women's AS Willow Flat

Oh the woes of having collapsed arches, also known as flat feet. It just means that I can't just wear any shoes. Those unsupported super cute flats? Forget it.  You spend a lot of time on your feet, so it is critical to buy good and supportive shoes. But it doesn't just stop there...you need to buy good and supportive slippers for the home! That's where Haflinger's wonderful slippers come in.  These german made 100% boiled wool slippers have wonderful arch support. The footbed is contoured with latex arch support for optimal comfort.  The wool felt sole has little traction dots on there to keep you from slipping...we don't want an accident like Jimmy Kimmel to happen to us.

Aside from the fact that these run a little small (I ordered a 39 and normally wear a 7.5), they are extremely cozy and supportive for the home.  Since it's been really hot here in Southern California, I have yet to wear them for long periods of time.  I only wish they made this in a spa slipper style so that I can also wear it in the summer.  I need that contoured footbed!

The only drawback to these slippers is that they are slightly scratchy and rough on the inside, but not something that you wouldn't get use to after a while!
