The Friendly Swede is a relatively small and new company that was established in 2011. They are based in Sweden and much of their line cover outdoor activities. Their products are all covered by "The Friendly Swede Lifetime Warranty." This means that if there is any issues with their product, they will replace it or provide a full refund. I'm a sucker for cute packaging and cute packaging they have! I know it has nothing to do with the product but I love their mousse icon.

The neck stash is made of 100% ripstop nylon (making it very lightweight) and has water resistant packets (not waterproof). The pouch has 5 separate compartments.
Two main pockets with velcro closure, one zippered side pocket, one quick access back pocket and an ID window in the front with velcro closure.
The pouch is comfortable worn under the shirt. It's a good idea to either get a neck stash or the type you wear around your waist when traveling. You are a target when you are traveling, so it is also a very good idea to keep your documents safely tucked away.

Verdict? For the price you pay ($16.99) it is definitely an economical purchase. The package comes with two neck stashes, one for each person if you are traveling with a companion. However, if you are like me and make your significant other hold everything important, then you only need one. I would have liked the option of buying just one neck stash. I love how lightweight the neck stash is compared to our current Lewis N Clark neck stash, but you do notice a quality difference between the two. The Lewis N Clark feels more substantial and longer lasting than The Friendly Swede version. Additionally, the straps on The Friendly Swede feels more like thick ribbon. I would like to see a thicker and softer string since it's going to be around my [husband's] neck for an entire day. As you can also see, The Friendly Swede neck stash is a bit smaller (and a LOT lighter) than the Lewis N Clark one. Just a few changes, this would be a great pouch. A word of caution, this pouch does not offer RFID protection.
The Friendly Swede's customer service is phenomenal!! You never have to worry buying from The Friendly Swede because you well definitely be taken care of.
