BuLaDou's muslin baby linens are the perfect fit for newborns with its soft muslin cotton fabric that gets softer after each wash. I love muslin for its softness, breathability, and absorption. Absorption being an important one for me because there is nothing I hate more than wiping my hand with a towel with my hands still wet because the towel has poor absorption. Secondly, because these muslin towels and washcloths are very absorbent, they can be used for multiple purposes.
These washcloths are made of 100% muslin cotton fabric and measures 10" x 10". They come in a multicolored pack of 5 (pink, blue, white, yellow, and green. The washcloth itself is thick, lofty, and pleasant to use on the skin. I am very pleased with the quality of these washcloths!
I love that these washcloths have a hook "built" in because none of my adult washcloths I buy here in the US have a hook that allows me to hang it. I know other countries typically sell their washcloths, hand cloths, and towels with a built in hook for you to hang it (space saving). The care instructions is to hand wash and hang dry.
BuLaDou's muslin baby towel is in a league of its own. Not only is it a nice big size for an infant, I can definitely see it being a good towel for a toddler as well. Just like the washcloths, the unfolded towel is thick and lofty. Just look at the how thick it looks folded up!
The towel is 43" x 43" and made of 100% muslin. It can be used as a bath towel or even a blanket. The material is breathable and because it is so thick, I almost want to use it more for a blanket!! It's very soft to the touch and I feel this would make a great breathable blanket for a baby!
You can see close up what the weave is like below. It puckers together making a waffle like look but stretches out. This is a common characteristic of muslin material.
I love both the washcloth and towel for offered by BuLaDou and highly recommend this set for your baby registry! These extremely lightweight linens travel well, are multi-function, and serve many different purposes! From wiping drool, food/milk, and other excretions to using to bath time or bedtime! These are very good quality and I am very happy with this set!
