This is what the insides of the old thermostat looks like.

Wires that will be detached and labeled with the stickers included in our Sensi package.  To free the wires, take a flat head and loosen the connection to pull them free.  Note that the blue wire is attached to the "G." Not very intuitive if you ask me! I am not color blind either.

Use the stickers included in the box to label and help you install your new thermostat.   Still, attach the "G" sticker to that blue wire.

Just a small hole in the wall! And we are ready to install our new thermostat!

For easy install, they include a little leveler indicator inside to let you know if it's straight or not. It makes installation easier not having to go get one to check if it is crooked or not.  It's the little things we appreciate!!

You literally just take a screwdriver and screw them under the coordinating labels!  Then you go turn the power back on and it works!

Tadah! Amazing right? I love how big the numbers are.  Yes, it's really that hot here in Southern California.  Broke a sweat installing it even though it's relatively simple.  The numbers are really easy to read when you walk by.The back lit light helps when it's dark...and it is in our hallway.  See below for a video on how to use it! We love this thermostat! Super easy to install and looks really nice! We love how we are able to see what temperature it is at home and how we can monitor it when we are away.  We have a dog that stays home to guard our house, and the least we can do is keep her comfortable while we are away!
