GreEco Retractable Dog Leash

What we like:

The leash allows for single point finger control.  I haven't seen this design in other retractable leashes yet! You can switch between pause and lock using just a single button.  The leash itself is a bright yellow, making it visible when you're outdoors.  The leash is made of sturdy nylon and the handle has imitation leather to increase handling comfort.  

The drawbacks:

The leash weighs 8 ounces, which is slightly on the heavy side for me and is slightly bulky.  The perimeter around the leash is supposed to be reflective, but I didn't find it very reflective when we used it during the evening.

This is the locking mechanism that you push down and up in order to lock the leash.

This is the unlocked position.

To lock, push the button down and push the gray slider upwards to lock.

Overall: The leash locking mechanism is innovative and the unit works well.  We think there are definitely some improvements that can be made to make the unit lighter.  It is a bit cumbersome for us because we have a small dog and it feels like overkill that the unit is bulky and heavy.  Given that, we like the locking mechanism a lot and feel like balances out the product!
